LED and Visual Displays We Rent in Berlin

Every major display format for live events, from a single conference wall to a full outdoor setup. Each display below lists its technical options and includes a guide to choosing the right one. Final availability and configuration are confirmed in your quote.

Fine-pitch LED walls for stages, conferences, galas and broadcast. Modular panels are joined into one seamless surface, sized to your room and calibrated on-site before your audience arrives.

Best For

  • Conferences
  • Galas
  • Product launches
  • Hybrid events
  • Broadcast backdrops
Technical guide

Choosing a pixel pitch. Pixel pitch is the distance between the centres of two LED pixels. As a rule of thumb, the pitch in millimetres roughly equals the minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres, so 2.6mm suits audiences about 3 m or more from the screen and 3.9mm about 4 m or more.

What it means for resolution. A wall’s pixel count is its width and height divided by the pitch. A 5 x 3 m wall at 2.6mm has roughly 1,920 x 1,150 pixels, close to Full HD width. The same wall at 3.9mm has roughly 1,280 x 770 pixels. Content should be prepared at the wall’s native resolution so it stays sharp.

Curved and corner builds. Curved walls suit wide stages and immersive backdrops. Perfect-corner walls join two surfaces at a clean 90° angle for corner stages and booths.

Calibration. Brightness and colour are matched across panels, then tested with your content before doors open.

Weather-ready LED screens for daylight and large crowds. We plan the mounting, handle installation and manage the screen through your event.

Best For

  • Festivals
  • Open-air concerts
  • Public viewing
  • Outdoor movie nights
  • City events
Technical guide

Pitch and distance. Outdoor audiences usually stand further back, so a coarser pitch works. By the same rule of thumb, 3.9mm suits viewers about 4 m or more away and 4.8mm about 5 m or more.

Brightness. Outdoor screens must compete with daylight, so they need far higher brightness than indoor walls. Sun direction and glare on the screen face matter as much as the panel itself, so we discuss placement with you.

Structure and wind. A large screen catches wind like a sail. The mounting, ballast and bracing are planned together with the screen size and the site.

Power and signal. Outdoor sites need reliable power distribution and a clean video signal from the source to the screen. We confirm both when we review your venue.

Massive LED screens for events where a big audience needs a clear view from a distance. Available as indoor and weatherproof outdoor setups, and as mobile truck-mounted or trailer-mounted units.

Best For

  • Concerts and festivals
  • Sports events
  • Corporate and trade shows
  • Outdoor movie nights
  • Parades and marathons
Technical guide

Sightlines first. Screen height, angle and position decide whether everyone can see. We check obstructions such as stages, tents and trees against the audience area.

Pitch for far viewers. When most viewers are far away, a coarser pitch is usually acceptable and keeps weight, power and cost lower than a fine-pitch wall of the same size.

Live camera feeds. For live video, a video processor and a backup signal path are good practice, so the picture survives a cable or source failure.

Structure. Large walls need engineered mounting, ballast and bracing planned before installation day.

A screen on a trailer that can be positioned wherever your audience gathers. Our trailers come in several sizes, with options for off-grid power and rotating or raised screens.

Best For

  • Public viewing
  • Roadshows
  • Fan zones
  • Pop-up events
  • Outdoor cinema
Technical guide

Placement. A trailer needs flat, accessible ground, a route for towing and enough clearance around it. Tell us the exact spot and we plan around it.

Power. With an onboard generator, no venue power hookup is needed. If mains power is available at the site, tell us and we can confirm the best option.

Permits. Using a trailer in public areas usually requires a permit. We can guide you through what to ask for, but please confirm requirements with the relevant authority.

Content format. A trailer screen has a fixed aspect ratio. We can send the resolution and ratio so your content is made to fit.

Mobile LED advertising that travels through the city or parks next to your venue. Choose single-, dual- or three-sided vehicles, with options for audio and branding.

Best For

  • Product launches
  • Brand campaigns
  • Grand openings
  • Street marketing
  • Event announcements
Technical guide

Design for motion. People passing a moving screen see a message for only a few seconds. Short messages, large text and strong contrast work best.

Routes and stops. Campaign results depend on where the truck is seen. Plan your route and stopping points around busy areas and your target audience.

Day and night. Daylight needs high brightness, while evening viewing needs lower brightness so the image does not glare. Brightness and schedule can be planned together.

Permits. Driving or parking an advertising vehicle in public areas usually needs approval. Please confirm the requirements for your route with the relevant authority.

Technical Features

Configurations
Single-sided, dual-sided and three-sided (left, right and rear) trucks

Content
Video, images, slideshows and real-time social media feeds

Custom and non-standard LED displays for experiences that need to look different. From curved walls and spheres to tunnels and LED dance floors.

Best For

  • Brand activations
  • Fashion shows
  • Art installations
  • Product launches
  • Stage design
Technical guide

Content must fit the shape. Non-rectangular screens need content mapped to their shape rather than a standard 16:9 video. We can help with the mapping and playback setup.

Start from your idea. Share a sketch, reference image or dimensions and we advise on what can be built and what it needs to run.

Transparent and mesh screens. These let light and sight lines pass through, so they suit glass fronts and open structures. The image is usually less dense than on a solid wall.

Testing. Custom builds are tested with your content before the event.

Slim, plug-and-play vertical LED displays for exhibitions, lobbies and retail. They take up little floor space and can be linked into multi-screen arrays.

Best For

  • Exhibition booths
  • Retail promotions
  • Hotel lobbies
  • Event agendas
  • Wayfinding
Technical guide

Close viewing. The finer pitches (1.8mm and 1.9mm) suit viewers standing a short distance away, such as visitors at a booth or lobby.

Design in portrait. Posters are tall and narrow, so content should be made in a vertical format instead of cropping landscape video.

Multi-screen effects. Several posters can be synced to play one image or a sequence, for example a row that forms a tunnel or a wall of motion.

Remote updates. Network-controlled models can be updated from the cloud, which helps for multi-day events or several locations.

Best For

  • Wayfinding
  • Surveys and feedback
  • Retail pop-ups
Technical guide

Bring your app or web page. Tell us the operating system and software you use so we can match the kiosk and preload it.

Plan the network. Venue Wi-Fi is often busy at large events. If your kiosk app needs the internet, ask about a wired or dedicated connection, or an app that works offline.

Branding lead time. Enclosure branding and a customised interface take time to prepare, so share artwork early.

Placement. Think about queue space, screen height and glare from lights or windows near the kiosk.

Projectors from compact meeting units to ultra-bright models for large venues, with screens, stands and cables available. We match brightness to your room, throw distance and light conditions.

Best For

  • Presentations
  • Workshops
  • Lectures
  • Outdoor movie nights
  • Stage projection
Technical guide

Brightness guide. For rooms with controlled lighting, around 2,800 to 3,600 lumens is usually enough. For daylight or outdoor screenings, 5,000 lumens or more is recommended.

Throw distance. Image size depends on how far the projector is from the screen and on its lens. Tell us the room size and screen size you want, and we recommend a matching projector.

Ambient light. Light in the room is the biggest factor in picture quality. A projector looks best in dim or dark rooms, and LED screens are often the better choice for bright spaces.

Connections. Tell us your laptop or device ports so we bring the right cables or adaptors.

Best For

  • Exhibition stands
  • Meetings
  • Speaker monitors
  • Retail window displays
  • Digital signage
Technical guide

Size and distance. Choose the screen size by how far your audience will be. Bigger screens suit larger rooms and longer viewing distances.

Stand or wall mount. Floor stands are quick and movable. Wall mounts save floor space, but need a suitable wall, so tell us if you plan to use one.

Portrait signage. Vertical signage displays need content designed in portrait format.

Multi-screen playback. For several screens showing the same or linked content, a media player keeps them in sync.

Technical guide

Capacitive or infrared. Capacitive touch responds to a finger much like a phone screen. Infrared touch typically works with gloves and pens and is common on larger panels. Tell us who will use the screen and we recommend one.

Match your software. Share the apps or websites you will run, and the operating system they need, so the right unit is prepared.

Height and glare. Place the screen at a comfortable touch height and away from direct light that reflects on the glass.

Stand or mount. Choose a freestanding unit for flexible positions, or a wall-mounted panel for fixed locations.

1. Industries

Industries and Events We Support in Berlin

Every event has different viewing distances, lighting, audience sizes and timelines. We match the screen, pixel pitch and setup to how your type of event actually runs.

Corporate Events and Conferences

Keynotes, presentations and livestreams need clear visuals from every seat. We plan the screen around your room and seating layout.

Typical setup: stage-backdrop indoor LED wall (2.5mm to 3.9mm pitches), TV monitors for speakers and breakouts, a kiosk at registration.

We handle: sizing, installation, calibration and live support.

Trade Fairs and Exhibitions

Your stand has seconds to attract attention in a crowded hall. Compact, eye-catching displays often work better than oversized ones.

Typical setup: LED iPosters at the stand edge, touch screens for demos, a creative LED display as a focal point.

We handle: delivery, setup within your stand layout and removal after the show.

Concerts and Festivals

Large, mixed audiences need screens that stay visible in daylight and from a distance, on structures planned for outdoor conditions.

Typical setup: outdoor LED screens (3.9mm and 4.8mm pitches, including a 16.4′ x 9.8′ / about 5 x 3 m size) beside the stage, plus LED trailers to cover other areas of the site.

We handle: sightline positioning, mounting, live operation and teardown.

Sports and Public Viewing

Matches and live broadcasts bring big crowds who all need to see the action, whatever the weather.

Typical setup: a jumbotron or large outdoor screen as the main display, with LED trailers for fan zones.

We handle: screen placement, structure planning and live technical operation.

Weddings and Private Events

Private events need screens that feel part of the room, not an industrial add-on.

Typical setup: a compact indoor LED wall for slideshows and live video, a projector for smaller rooms, or an outdoor movie screen for garden and evening events.

We handle: sizing for the venue, setup and teardown around your schedule.

Product Launches and Brand Campaigns

Launches work best when the screen itself becomes part of the experience and gets noticed beyond the venue.

Typical setup: an LED billboard truck for city visibility, and a creative LED build at the launch venue.

We handle: display setup, playback support and removal.

Education and Campus Events

Lecture halls and ceremonies need clear visuals for large, seated audiences.

Typical setup: projectors for lectures and workshops, indoor LED walls for ceremonies, touch screens for interactive sessions.

We handle: installation, pre-event testing and support during the event.

Public and City Events

Community events need screens that work outdoors and can be placed where the audience gathers.

Typical setup: outdoor LED screens and mobile LED trailers for announcements, schedules and live feeds.

We handle: delivery, positioning and operation.

2. Why Choose Us

Why Choose Our LED Screen Rental in Berlin

The way we work is built around one goal: a screen that looks right, works from the first minute and is gone when your event ends.

One Team, Start to Finish

We manage consultation, installation, live operation and removal, so you don't coordinate several suppliers.

Matched to Your Venue

We choose pixel pitch, brightness and position for your space. As a rule of thumb, the pitch in millimetres roughly matches the minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres.

Every Display Type in One Place

Indoor and outdoor LED walls, jumbotrons, trailers, billboard trucks, posters, kiosks, projectors and touch screens come from a single supplier.

Honest Recommendations

We recommend what your event actually needs, not the largest or most expensive option.

Scalable Setups

Panels and extra screens can be added as your audience, stage or venue grows.

Calibrated Before You Go Live

We fine-tune brightness, colour and performance on-site, so the picture is right before your audience arrives.

5. FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most before an event.

How much does LED screen rental cost in Berlin?

The price depends on the screen type, size, pixel pitch, rental length, installation needs and on-site support. Send your date, venue and audience size through the quote form and we'll prepare a quote for your event.

What is the difference between indoor and outdoor LED screens?

Outdoor screens are weather-protected and built brighter so they stay visible in daylight. Indoor screens use finer pixel pitches for a sharper image at close viewing distances.

What is pixel pitch, and which one should I choose?

Pixel pitch is the distance between LED pixels, in millimetres. A smaller pitch gives a sharper image for closer viewing. Our indoor options include 2.5mm to 3.9mm, and our outdoor options include 3.9mm and 4.8mm. We recommend a pitch based on how far your audience sits from the screen.

What information do I need to request a quote?

Your event date, venue, whether it is indoors or outdoors, expected audience size and the type of content you'll show. If you're unsure about any of these, send what you have and we'll help with the rest.

Do you handle installation and removal?

Yes. We deliver and install the equipment, manage the screen during your event and remove everything once it ends.

Which screen is best for a conference?

Most conferences suit an indoor LED wall or TV monitors, depending on room size and audience. After we review your venue, we'll recommend the best fit.

Which screen should I choose for an outdoor event?

Outdoor LED screens suit most open-air events. For very large crowds, a jumbotron may be the better choice, and an LED trailer works well when you need a screen that can be positioned flexibly.

Do I need a permit for an outdoor screen?

Events on public land may need approval from the local authority, and requirements vary by location. Please check with the relevant district office before your event.

Can I rent a projector instead of an LED screen?

Yes. Projectors suit presentations, workshops and movie nights in controlled lighting. LED screens are usually the better choice for bright rooms, daylight and larger audiences.
